Peter Smith is the managing member of the Apex Law Group in Seattle, Washington, and an adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law and the University of Washington Law School teaching for the nonprofit law clinic. Peter’s practice primarily focuses on business and corporate law, whether for-profit, nonprofit or otherwise. When not practicing law, Peter’s time is devoted to parenting his four children, or on increasingly rare occasions, you can find him in the mountains hiking or skiing.
