Jeff Prescott with RE/MAX Metro Realty moved from Portland to Seattle in 1986. He arrived without a job and a friend suggested getting his real estate license and he did. A year later in 1987 he earned “Rookie of The Year”. Now Jeff has over 25 years of experience. He has worked through many economic cycles in his career and is committed to making the housing stock increasingly efficient with energy use and “re-purposing” existing materials for new uses. Jeff regularly provides consultations for clients on ways to update their home, take advantage of new technologies and maximize their return on investment. Deepika Gupta was extremely shy and introverted as a child. She had a difficult time talking to people and didn’t feel like she made an impression. She was so convinced that she had to go after success, that she studied software engineering and went on to have a successful career at Microsoft and similar companies for over 13 years. But as Dee became more aware of herself, it didn’t feel authentic any more. It took her a while, but eventually, through a lot of seminars, workshops, videos, self-intra-spection, and journaling, she overcame some of her major limitations and false beliefs. Her biggest struggles ended up being her greatest gains. Dee now coach’s others to live authentically and powerfully.
