Keith Medley is the owner of Final Phase Inspection.  He launched his business in 2012, and has been a licensed Washington State Home Inspector since.  Keith has spent his early years learning the “ins and outs” of home construction, and has become a member of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).  Final Phase Inspection is a proud sponsor of the Boys & Girls Club, and supporters of the National Guard and Reserve.  In The Money Hour segment today, Keith and business partner Brian talk about significant home inspection issues.  Listen to Keith & Brian’s segment.

Aaron Murphy is a licensed architect and creator and founder of ADM Architecture.  He has over 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential structures totaling well over 1 million square feet in built projects, and including having had his own real estate investing company for residential housing flips, holds, and rentals.  Aaron is also a radio show host and public speaker; his most requested presentation, “The Aging In Place Phenomenon – How to Live Happily Ever After in Your Own Home,” addresses how we can live a longer and happier life by staying in our own home as long as possible.  In The Money Hour segment today, Aaron talks about Aging in Place’s vision for the future of our community in the new longevity economy.  Listen to Aaron’s segment.

Joe Maassen is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist with Caring Transitions of South Puget Sound.  He has been in the industry for almost two years.  It is Caring Transitions’ goal to assist families in the downsizing and liquidation of decade’s worth of assets, preparing a family residence for sale and creating a smooth transition into a new living space. In The Money Hour segment today, Joe discusses senior relocation, downsizing, and estate sales.  Listen to Joe’s Segment.
