He spent the first ten years of his legal career in the courtroom litigating criminal defense, divorce, business, and probate matters before completely rethinking his practice and focusing on helping people avoid the crises and problems that got them into court in the first place. Now he specializes in estate planning, long-term care planning, and probate. His book, LAW: Lawyers Always Win: How Ignorance of the Law Is Costing You Everything! is coming out later this year. During the pandemic, he started composing piano music and has released five singles, with his first album coming out soon. Listen to John’s segment.

Over the last 20 years, Doug Peterson has helped people align their goals and visions both personally and professionally. He founded Get Priorities Straight in 2018 to provide a program to help individuals maximize their personal income and improve their ability to invest. Having founded and run eight businesses in his career, Doug has perfected a system that works regardless of industry, marital status, or income. He is currently working with Amazon managers, wealth managers, real estate professionals, attorneys, and technology professionals. Joyce Joneschiet (Jonah-shite) has been working with seniors and veterans for over 15 years; first as an interior designer and then as an insurance broker. Along with her husband, she became her parents full time caregiver at home. Navigating Medicare for them, it became clear there had to be a better way to understand it. Now working in the insurance industry her aim is to focus on the needs of individuals insured by Medicare. She teaches free Medicare classes at Green River College & as a broker represents multiple insurance companies providing all types of health & Medicare plans.
