Mark and Eric have both been certified appraisers for over 20 years working mostly in the greater Seattle Area. In response to industry changes in 2007 they decided to start their own local Appraisal Management Company. In 2013 they partnered with Arivs Appraisal management to gain a referral network with national coverage. Most of their appraisal assignments are in King, Snohomish and Pierce Counties but Arivs Appraisal Management has coverage throughout the northwest and across the country. After attending Michigan State University, Stephanie got married, moved to Seattle where she started a family and her career in real estate. They currently live in Somerset in Bellevue where Stephanie is an active agent in the community. She is a managing broker at Windermere and has been selling homes for 30 years. Stephanie is a firm believer in giving back to the community and donates a portion of every sale to causes like Windermere Foundation and Plymouth Housing Group. With most of her business coming from the listing side, Stephanie has successfully helped hundreds of sellers prepare their homes for sale. His work gained a reputation for savvy development of mobile technology and public-facing solutions that enhance customer service while driving down costs.
